Had to double check pictures on the website to assemble the fenders correctly but easy for the most part. Love the retro vibe and quick delivery.Great bike Just a little pricey for a little ones bike very well made, sturdy and 4 yo loves itThe seat was mounted a little crooked but that was obviously caused in packing and shipping. We could not physically straighten it but hopefully my son in law will be able to adjust it with the right tools. The new 3year old absolutely loved it!I have a 4 year old princess that felt this bike would be acceptable for her. It is pink but it's a slightly purple pink. It has a shimmer to it and the bike is super cute! It's sturdy and easy to put together. I put it together with 4 kids running wild around the house like they were rabid animals.I read all the reviews. The princess just turned 4 yrs old and she is 39 inches tall. She is in the 25 percentile for her height. I ordered the 14 inch bike thinking it would be perfect with room to grow ..... that was a mistake!!! Upon opening I thought someone was pulling a prank on me. It's Itty bitty. The handle bars and seat aren't able to go up all that much. (I know I have them down in the picture.) Get the 16 inch if you have a 4 yr old!! All the other brands said she needed a 16 inch bike. Not joystar .... they said 14 inch. Nope! Not going to work for long! It's together and I'm not returning it. *** Pink flower bell, pink basket (not plastic), and pink handle bar streamers also from Amazon - ordered separately! ***The 14 inch bike does NOT come with a kickstand.There are NO handle bar breaks. You have to pedal backwards to slow down or stop.The training wheels are great.Overall 4 star - minus one star for there size suggestion chart! And minus a star to everyone who promoted the 14 inch bike in there reviews. Booo.Honestly - If I got the 16 inch bike I'd give it a 5 star review.Pretty easy to assemble. Went from a balance bike to this for my son and no training wheels needed. Would definitely buy again. No kick stand which is a little disappointing but that’s okWe got my daughter this bike for her 3rd birthday and it was perfect for her. The size was perfect and it was super easy to assemble! Joystars customer service is AMAZING! A year later our dog got ahold of the bike seat and completely chewed it apart, I messaged their customer service asking if I could purchase a new seat exactly the same. They responded immediately and let me know they didn’t have the exact seat but gave me other options to choose from and offered to ship it to me no charge. I will absolutely be purchasing from them again!When I got it I thought it would have streamer’s for the handle bars and a basket for the front but I went out bought it for her. She wanted a pink bicycle and that’s the best one out there far as I’m concerned ?Looks - Really nice!Expect 16” and under to have ONLY coaster (reverse) brake and it mentions it in the manual!I am only rating it 4 because I received a boxed previously opened and some parts are scratched (fender) and some washers missing! Very unfortunate… but I am not someone who is going to make a huge fuss about that.The installation is tricky for the front wheel as you need to really make sure it is well centered.Other assembly parts are quite straightforward.Overall, my son is really happy with what he got! So that is a great factor!It came with the bell also.Overall, happy with the purchaseThis bike is a nice heavy material, much nicer than most kids’ bikes. The instructions were easy to follow and assembly was straightforward. We had a Banwood balance bike prior to this but couldn’t get a pedal Banwood due to the shortages. This is a nice alternative to a Banwood and you can’t beat the price. The only thing I don’t like about the bike is the flame sticker on the chain cover but it looks like I could scrub it off if I really wanted to. My son is a big fan of the flames so they’ll likely be staying put!100% dissatisfaction! Nice looking bike (reason I bought it), but very difficult to assemble. Half way through the assembly process I realized this bike doesn’t even have a break! (per the manual there should be one, but there’s nothing in the carton. Checked the product image again and it looks like this model doesn’t come with a break). Think about it, this bike is for kids up to 7 years old, and there’s no break? Whoever designed this bike must enjoy running after their kids when they ride bikes, so much that they don’t feel having a break for the bike is necessary. I stopped assembling right after noticing it doesn’t come with a break and decided to throw it into garbage bin. Could have returned it if I haven’t missed the returning window. I’d rather lose the money than putting my kid into safety risk. If you are thinking about buying this bike, make sure you understand this bike has no break and you don’t care. Also, make sure you are good at reading/digesting a non reader friendly manual.The training wheel comes off in a week time and it has become very dangerous since the wheel keep coming off.. no response from the seller despite multiple follow ups.. also, the instruction manual has no useful data on what to do..We purchased the bike for our daughter for her 5th birthday. Nice quality and easy assembly, however the bike seat and bike post were missing. After a few conversations, the company, refunded half the total cost of the bike so we could purchase off brand seat and post. Our daughter loves the bike and we are thankful the issue was resolved quickly.
