I bought 4 of these scooters for my grandkids (ages 6-11) for Christmas. The two 9 year old boys love them and ride them all the time. I thought that I had made a great purchase. Unfortunately it is 2 months later and the front tires on both scooters are worn out and have a few chunks missing. I decided to replace them and it is darn near impossible to remove the tires from the rims. They are solid and fit extremely tight and I think I would have to destroy them to remove them. IF I can find replacement tires I'll cut them off and hope I can get the new ones on. So far I haven't found replacements. I think a tire life of 2 months deserves a one star rating and the difficulty of replacing the tires would lower it to zero if that were possible.Update Mar 9, 2022So I Emailed the company about this tire problem and also mentioned that I "might" have a vibration problem with a motor but I was not sure. Two weeks later I get 2 brand new wheels complete with motor. The company also says they took my review to heart and they are going to upgrade their tires. You really can't try harder than this. I'm upgrading to 5 stars for now and we'll see what happens.I like the scooter because it feels like it has a steering damper on it and the handlebars lights are different from others. I weight 140lb and the scooter reached 9mph with me. My daughter is trilled to own it.This is a solid escooter. My daughter loves it. She just wishes she could catch Dad on his new ebike ha ha. Only beef if the kick stand, it hit a curb and hasn’t worked great since (1 week of ownership) other than that it’s awesome.I got this scooter for the kids for their Birthday.?? This electric scooter is incredible for its sturdiness, and it was faster than I’d ever expected, and is very safe to use while at night because of the forntal and rear lights. The kids loved them??My niece love her electric scooter the light is very bright in it’s a great product buy .It appeared to have been used when I recieved it, the we discovered the back brake pedal was broken when I gave it to my son for his 12th birthday. Needless to say, he was disappointed.The part was received after many emails. It came with no instructions and required special tools to use, so it was totally useless. Scooter went into the garbage after a few months of use.EDIT. PART HAS NOW BEEN SHIPPED. This was a great scooter until the shaft over the front wheel broke after less than five months. Contacted Hiboy Customer Service and was pleased with an immediate reply asking for my address so that a new part could be shipped. Downhill from there. No part has been shipped, no tracking number, as promised, even though I was told twice that it would be. And now no reply on my last email from almost a week ago. Very disappointed.
